A dearly loved student. She cracks me up. Today, during play practice, she made a comment on another student's line: "We want to make sure to 'pronunciate' that word correctly."
I cracked up. the students thought I was laughing at the other student, but I was actually laughing at the irony of London mispronouncing "enunciate."

What I Like About This Winter

The deepest snow, the coldest temps, the fiercest winter in my memory. Also one of the most beautiful.
I'm sitting in my classroom listening to my drama class doing their first read-through of our next play. Some students are so good, and others are... not. I've got my work cut out for me.
