The River at Sunrise
I woke up early this morning and saw that there was a thick fog in spots and layers of it. I immediately thought that it might be worth my while to haul my rear out of bed and take photos of what promised to be a particularly beautiful morning. I pulled on a shirt and a pair of jeans and headed for the back country roads before the sun was up.
It was definitely worth it. For more pictures, go to my Flickr site:

I'm new to blogging and just discovered your blog when I clicked to see who else listed Christy as a favorite book. In any case I went to the flickr sight and saw your photos and just wanted to tell you how awesome they are...which I can see you've been told many, many times. My blog is called Seeking Thin Spaces and I wanted you to know that I can see those"thin spaces" in your photos....those times when we are acutely aware of God's presence....in any case you have quite a gift and I just wanted to thank you for sharing it.
Blessings,
Lynn

p.s. I'm not that new ....my 13 year old daughter interrupted my train of thought and I published my comment twice.
